Finally, don’t forget to check out Amazon and other websites to see if there’s anything you need on sale. If it’s something you’re going to buy eventually, then buy it now while it’s on sale.
Tip: Don’t Fall for Fake Black Friday Sales
Sometimes vendors will mark up the price to give the illusion of a discount. For example, I recently bought some video lights for $150 at regular price. The store I bought it from increased the price to $170 then gave $20 off for Black Friday. That is not a sale. That is a trick.
If you’re buying from Amazon, use CamelCamelCamel to check the price history and make sure that it is a real Black Friday sale. You can paste any Amazon URL into CamelCamelCamel and it’ll give you a pricing history for the product.
